Received your item but realize that the size doesn't fit, or changed your mind about the color? Don't worry we got you covered! You can exchange or return the item for a refund within 30 days after delivery!

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery. The delivery country must always be the same country in which the purchase was made. We currently only deliver within Malaysia and Singapore.

 

 

 

How do I return an item?

 

Returning an online item to the store will reduce wait times for your refund or exchange. Replace the item in its original packaging. Bring your item, original packaging, the credit card you used, if applicable and the receipt. Go to the Returns or Customer Service department at the store.

What is your returns policy?

 

Customers expect at least 30 days to return an online purchase. But only 5% of shoppers say they return online orders more than 30 days after purchase. Being lenient with return time limits (e.g., a 60-day vs. 30-day policy) can actually decrease returns by creating less urgency around returns for the customer.

To qualify for free / discounted shipping, the net order value after returns and cancellations needs to be RM99 and above. If the net order value of the item(s) retained is below RM99, the waived shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund.
